About

I grew up in Palos Verdes, CA and recently graduated from UC Berkeley where I earned BAs in both Data Science and Cognitive Science. I currently work at ZipRecruiter as a Data Analyst.

I’m interested in the intersection of data science and social good, and am passionate about using my skills to help others. I have previously worked at Zymergen as a Data Analytics Intern, and The Broad Center as a Summer Associate on the Data, Research, and Evaluation team, along with various other work with the UC Berkeley Division of Computing, Data Science, and Society, SPUR, and UC Berkeley Intercollegiate Athletics.

In my free time, I enjoy doing running, hiking, and doing escape rooms with my family (currently at a >95% escape rate, 32 for 33). I also like to read and listen to audiobooks and am shooting for 52 books read or listened to in 2022.

My dog unfortunately does not like tagging along on my runs and hikes, which is where the audiobooks come in. Here’s Kinako, or Nako for short. She’s a 14 year old shiba inu who enjoys sleeping all day and walking away from you when you tell her to come.
